The Haywards are related to the Willis’ through two of Alfred George Hayward’s children Lilian Alice and Edgar George.  Lilian Alice married Albert Victor in () and Lilian’s brother Edgar married Albert’s sister Mabel in (). The Haywards came from Bath. Those close ties continued with frequent visits between and Albert and Lilians’ children, Harold, Raymond, Jon, Cecil and Maurice with Edgar and Mabel’s children, Glenis and Michael.

Lilian and Edgar’s mother was Alice Palmer who also had some interesting ancestors whose pictures are on this site.
